We booked the twilight trip and got there early like they told us to, but then we still ended up leaving around 35 minutes late. There wasn’t much communication either, so everyone was kind of just standing around looking confused and trying to figure out what was going on.
Once we finally got moving, the ride itself was fine, but the delay threw off our dinner plans afterward. Reading between the lines, it felt like staying on schedule just wasn’t a big priority, so if timing matters for your evening, I wouldn’t really bank on this one.

In my experience so far, getting clear answers before the trip has been a little frustrating. I had to follow up twice just to confirm some basic details, and the replies I got felt a bit rushed. Maybe it’s just been a busy time on their end, but I’m hoping the actual ride goes more smoothly.

The cruise itself was fine, but the food choices were limited. It felt like everyone was being funneled into picking from the same few options, which doesn’t seem very fair when people have different tastes or dietary needs. For the price, I think guests should be given a little more consideration and variety. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just disappointing on that part...

Dinner was nice overall, and the food was good, but somehow it felt a bit plain? I’m not totally sure what was missing. Dessert was okay too, just not something I’d probably remember later...

I really liked the tour narration. It was easy to follow, and I actually learned a few things about the river and the old towns that I didn’t know before. The speaker’s voice was calm and natural, not too scripted — well, maybe a little at times, but mostly it felt relaxed. I’d give it 4 stars because I did find myself wishing there was more detail in a few spots. Still, it was a good ride overall.

The views were really pretty, I’ll give it that. But other than that, there just wasn’t much going on. Like, come on now, I expected a little more from the overall experience.

I tried to book through the site, but it really wasn’t easy with my screen reader. The booking details were unclear, and I felt like I was being forced to stay patient with something that should’ve been simple. After struggling with it for a while, I just gave up.

I went with my wife and the lights on the river were just beautiful, like genuinely romantic. The music was quiet, the seats were cozy, and for a while it felt special. I don’t know, maybe I’m overselling it a bit, but it was such a nice night. Also kind of made me wish we did stuff like this more often.

The ride itself was fine, but the boat, very clean it did not feel. The tables were kind of sticky, and in the bathroom there was a smell. Staff were nice enough and all, just I wish they kept things wiped down a bit better.

Just a warning for other families thinking about booking here, our trip really didn’t feel very kid-friendly. The staff weren’t especially helpful, my family felt a bit out of place the whole time. If you’re traveling with kids, you might want to look into other options before committing.

The boarding process was a bit chaotic. There was a long line, not much clear signage, and the staff seemed... confused about what was going on.

The seats looked fine at first, but after a little while my back started hurting. Not the worst ever, but definitely not very comfy tbh.
